There is a lot of hiking spots around Boone, but Price Lake is a favorite! It is an easy trail, 2.3 miles, that will take you and your dog around an hour and a half. It is located on the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Walking down King Street? Stop in Mast General Store, all leashed dogs are welcomed! Mast General Store is a retailer that sells goods, like food, clothing, and outdoor gear. Their hours are Monday-Saturday 10-6, Sunday 11-6.
This trail is challenging if you and your dog are up for it! It’s a 5.4 mile hike on the Blue Ridge Parkway, that should take you guys about 3 hours.
